What’s included?
- Fully furnished accommodation.
- Bathroom facilities including shower, toilet, wash basin.
- Bed linen and duvets (beds will be made up).
- Colour TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave.
- Gas and electricity.
What’s not included?
- Towels.
- Tea towels.
- Personal toiletries.
- Cleaning items.
- Cots (can be ordered £7 per week – please bring your own cot bedding).
- High chairs (can be ordered at £5 per week).
When can I arrive/leave?
- At peak times, arrival and departure days are usually Saturdays although you can choose a different day subject to availability. At other times we are completely flexible.
- Please arrive after 3pm – this allows us to thoroughly prepare your holiday home.
- Late arrivals will be able to obtain their keys from the Mermaid bar – the office closes at 4.30pm.
- Departure time is 10.15am.
Can I bring my pet?
- Yes, but there is a charge of £25 per week payable with your total holiday cost and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. There are specific “pet” vans so this is always subject to availability.
- You must take full responsibility for your pets and their behaviour at all times.
- You should bring a basket or bed for your pet/s as they are not allowed on the furniture/beds.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and all fouling must be disposed of properly.
- Please don’t leave your pets alone in the caravan for long periods.
Can I smoke in my caravan?
- Caravans are available for smokers – please advise at time of booking.
Can I make a group/party booking?
- The holidays on offer at Sand-le-Mere have been specifically designed with families and couples in mind.
- There are restrictions on all-male, all-female or young mixed groups so please check with us before booking.
