Can I try the caravan holiday home before I buy?
Depending on availability, you can try a similar caravan holiday home before buying and therefore see for yourself the facilities the park has to offer. If you decide to become an owner whilst staying with us, we will refund the cost of your holiday!
What other costs will I have to pay?
You will have to pay electricity, gas, insurance, annual site fees and general maintenance.
Are all the park facilities free of charge?
Please refer to the facilities section, many are free, a few are chargeable.
Can I bring pets?
Caravan owners may bring dogs on to the park provided they are kept on a leash and under control at all times. Written permission must be gained for all other animals. Visitors to your holiday home must also obtain permission to bring dogs as well as other animals.
Can I sub-let my holiday home?
This can be done with permission from the park owner and subject to certain conditions (see park rules & regulations)
Can I make a garden around my caravan?
Yes, we like people to take a pride in their surroundings but pots and planters should be used rather than digging holes and cutting into the turf. Existing trees, shrubs or plants must not be cut or interfered with.
Can I change the appearance of my caravan?
You need to seek written consent from the park owner before doing this.
Can I upgrade my holiday home?
Yes, please speak to someone from the sales office who will be delighted to assist.
Can I live there all the year around?
The regulations regarding residential caravan parks have changed. From 2010, you can stay in your caravan for 11 months holiday use – your extra month being February. If you buy one of the brand new lodges which will be sited on the new development, you will have the option to stay for 12 months.
What are the parking facilities?
You are restricted to one car per caravan.
Is there stuff for children to do?
Yes, lots, please see facilities page.
Is it near to the beach?
Yes, we have our own private access to the beach.
Do you have a fishing pond?
A fully stocked fishing pond is available – the beach is also ideal for sea fishing.
