price you see is definitely the price you pay!

2008 ground rent starts at £1837.77 up to £1984.65, with
nothing else to pay but your gas and electric as you use it, and
your insurance.
As new holiday homes come into stock, we make sure they are
priced to sell.

All Sand-Le-Mere's holiday homes are sited by our own
professionally trained site staff. These staff are always on
hand if you come across any problems later on.

try us out and hire your dream home for a week, or a long
