There's
just to much to do! |

One thing's for certain,
there's always lots to do at Sand-Le-Mere. In fact the whole
family is spoilt for choice.
In the daytime,
there's the beautiful sandy beach just a short stroll away,
where you can relax, paddle, swim and build sand castles.
Freshwater fishing is on offer at our well stocked mere. We have
a heated outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a adults only steam
room. There are always magnificent country walks and cycle rides
where wildlife and natural beauty abound.
At night, the choice is
yours! The Mermaid complex offers a varied programme of
entertainment, cabaret and disco. Relax in the snug bar with a
drink, or let someone else do the cooking and have a meal in the
restaurant. Pool, Snooker and the amusement hall are always a
firm favourite.

Sea, sand, fresh air and beautiful countryside have drawn
generations of holiday makers to the Yorkshire coast. And
Sand-Le- Mere Caravan & Leisure Park, with its superb coastal
setting, natural parkland , mere and first class facilities, has
been a family favourite for over 30 years. Located right on
the coast of Tunstall, Sand-Le-Mere is midway between the
popular holiday resorts of Withernsea and Hornsea. Both offer a
wide choice of entertainment and shopping facilities. Also
within easy reach are Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby to the
north and Spurn Point to the south. A short trip inland with
take you to the major tourist centres of Beverley, Lincoln and
York.

Pool Passes
We require you to show your pool pass to enter the pool area, so
if you have not already got one, please call at the office with
your passport size photograph, and we will make one up for you.
If you are on holiday at Sand-le-Mere, just fill in your passes
sheet and return it to the office as soon as possible.
Underage Drinking If any of the bar
staff think a person is under 18, they will refuse to serve
them, so if you are a young person 18 or over, that has problems
in bars getting served, make sure you bring photo i.d with you,
like a driving licence or passport.

Are You Run By A
Large Holiday Company?
Sand-Le-Mere is still privately owned
by the same family that started Sand-le-Mere back in the late
60's, we feel that this helps us give you a better service than
you may receive at other parks.
Is The Beach Easy To Get To?
we are located right on the beach front, just take a look
at the aerial picture to your left. You have easy access to the
beach by 2 slipways.
What Is There For The Kids?
We have lots for kids to do, from the outside swimming pool to
the indoor 10 pin bowling.
Just take a look at the menu buttons to your left to get a
better look at the areas of the park.

The Mermaid Complex |

We have the Mermaid Complex, which has 3 bars serving
alcoholic drinks (1 adults only) and a kids bar located in the
little mermaid serving non-alcoholic drinks and sweets etc.
Meals and snacks can be obtained from the Mermaid Cafe.
